Privacy
This information concerns signing up for news about the launch of QuickCashSpace. After the launch it will be replaced by the full privacy policy.
Who processes the data
The controller is Allion s. r. o., Novozámocká cesta 310/21, 943 42 Gbelce, Company ID 57650012. Contact: [email protected].
For what purpose
We use the data to inform you about the launch of QuickCashSpace. If you also tick the separate optional consent, we will send you further news about the service as well. The interests, country, city and campaign are used only for aggregate statistics (what people are interested in and where they come from).
On what legal basis
Based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
What data
E-mail, page language, the interests you chose (e.g. extra income, business, help, meeting people), country and approximate city derived from your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself), the campaign through which you came to the page (e.g. a flyer), time and version of the consent given, and whether (and when) you agreed to further news. When you arrive via a campaign address, we only record the visit itself, the campaign and the country – without the IP address and without any way to identify you.
How long
Until you confirm your sign-up via the link in the e-mail, we keep the data only temporarily, for at most 48 hours; without confirmation it is deleted automatically. After confirmation, until the launch information is sent, at most 12 months after signing up, or until you withdraw your consent – whichever comes first. If you agreed to further news, we keep your e-mail for that purpose until you withdraw that consent.
Who else may access the data
Providers who run the service for us: application hosting (Laravel Cloud), bot protection and network infrastructure (Cloudflare) and e-mail delivery (Resend). If data is transferred outside the EU, this is based on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards under the GDPR.
Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies: the __cf_bm cookie from Cloudflare protects the website against bots and attacks (valid for 30 minutes) and the Cloudflare Turnstile form protection checks that you are not a robot. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and do not track you across websites. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent; you can block them in your browser, but the website may then not work properly. In your browser storage we only note that the cookie information bar has been closed.
Translation error reports
If you send us a translation error report, we only store its text, the page, the language, the device type (mobile, tablet, computer) and the country derived from your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself). We do not collect your e-mail or any other contact details. We use reports only to fix translations and delete them automatically after 365 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work (e.g. the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) in Czechia, the Datenschutzbehörde in Austria or the competent data protection authority in Germany).
If you live in Thailand
The processing of data of people in Thailand is also subject to the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). We process the data based on your consent for the purposes stated above, and you have the same rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Send your request to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
